A strong basketball player, Dwight Howard was a star right from the get-go when he joined the Orlando Magic in 2004-05. In his sophomore season, 2005-06, he averaged 15.8 points per game and 12.5 rpg, then in 2006-07 he posted 17.6 ppg and 12.3 rpg.
In New Jersey on November 16, 2007 Dwight Howard had 21 points and 19 rebounds and became the youngest player ever to pull in 3,000 career rebounds as Orlando tied a franchise-high sixth straight away games won, beating the Nets 95-70. At just 21-years-old Dwight Howard broke Shaquille O'Neal previous record as youngest player to post 3000 rebounds. |
